Motivated by the interesting paper [I. Karaca, Discrete third-order three-point boundary value problem, J. Comput. Appl. Math. 205 (2007) 458-468], this paper is concerned with a class of boundary value problems for second-order functional difference equations. Sufficient conditions for the existenc
