## Abstract Spectra and cospectra of turbulence in the constant‐flux surface layer of the atmosphere are studied with measurements made by rapid response propeller anemometers and a bead thermistor. The results are described in comparison with those obtained at other sites.
Measurements of the velocity circulation in the atmospheric surface layer can be used to infer information on atmospheric vorticity, a quantity of fundamental importance. In this paper, circulation is measured with an acoustic sensor. The instrument is described, and some results are given.
