✦ Synopsis
Abstract
The technique described by Fitelson^1^ for the determination of olive oil in edible oil mixtures has been applied to several marine oils with unsaponifiable fractions of different types. The results indicate that the method should be of particular value in the structural analysis and characterisation of fats of marine origin.
