✦ Synopsis

A study for improvement of sorting precision for metals and glass contained in Automobile Shredder Residue (ASR) was carried out, employing a sorting system including slant roller separation equipment, in order to increase recycling rate and reduce waste volume. Compaction and solidi"cation for ASR were also studied and optimal conditions were found.
