Crosslinked and uncrosslinked ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer membranes were prepared. The permeation characteristics in the pervaporation process were examined using carbon tetrachloride-acetone mixtures. Modified membranes exhibit carbon tetrachloride permselectivity, but unmodified membranes did
