Abstract
The antenatal sonographic appearance of gastroschisis is described. The findings consist of numerous extraβabdominal βcystic massesβοΈ representing loops of fluidβfilled bowel eviscerated through the abdominal defect. This patient also had associated polyhydramnios, possibly on the basis of a functional bowel abnormality.
