## Abstract We describe a case of polyorchidism diagnosed sonographically. Palpation revealed a nontender oval mass, about 1 cm large, inferior to the left testis. Sonography identified the mass as an accessory testis that measured 1.0 ร— 0.8 ร— 0.6 cm and had its own epididymis. The echotexture in t
