Abstract
The presentation of necrotizing vasculitis of the testis is variable and may mimic a testicular tumor. Necrotizing vasculitis of the testis is characterized by fibrinoid necrosis of the walls of small and mediumβsized testicular arteries. We report a patient with isolated necrotizing vasculitis of the testis who presented with clinical imaging findings suspicious for testicular neoplasm. We describe the clinical course and sonographic characteristics of evolving necrotizing vasculitis of the testis, briefly review the literature, and discuss the implications for the diagnosis and management of this condition. Malignant mesothelioma of the tunica vaginalis testis is a rare and aggressive neoplasm. It is similar to malignant mesothelioma of the peritoneum, usually associated with asbestos exposure. We present an unusual case in which the tumor was a mix of a hypoechoic solid nodule and a cystic component w
Simple epidermoid cysts of the testis are rare, benign lesions. The reported sonographic findings are varied, but to date there has been no report of an epidermoid cyst presenting as an echogenic mass with dense acoustic shadowing. We report such a case. ## CASE REPORT A 52-year-old white man wit
