β¦ Synopsis
We discuss the prospects of next generation ultra-high energy cosmic ray detectors to gain information both on the sources and on large-scale magnetic fields from the distribution in arrival times, directions, and energies of charged ultra-high energy cosmic rays from discrete sources.

We briefly summarize our study on anisotropy of Ultra-High Energy Cosmic-Rays (UHECRs), in which we define a statistics that measures the correlation between UHECRs and Large Scale Structure (LSS). ## Abstract We discuss the possibility of observing distant accelerators of ultra high energy cosmic rays in synchrotron gamma rays. Protons propagating away from their acceleration sites produce extremely energetic electrons during photoβpion interactions with cosmic microwave background photons.
