✦ Synopsis
In this paper some possibilities of further npplications of a known "Streamer Partial-Discharge Model" are proposed. These possibilities refer to the relation between the observedparrial-discharge (PD) magnitude and the appliedfield to the insulation. Furthermore, the model is a useful tool to investigate the sensitivity of a PD detector and also to compare the sensitivities between various PD detectors.
