Abstract

In this paper we present the results of a long computer search, which reveal that no V(11, t) vector exists for t ∈ {2, 6, 8, 18}, but exist in all other cases when q = 11__t__ + 1 is a prime less than 5,000. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
