โœฆ Synopsis

The work of Oliver ('48) has shown that proteins are filtered through the renal glomeruli and subsequently resorbed by the cells of the proximal convolution of the mammal. Proteins in the process of resorption have been demonstrated in these cells in both a diffuse and a droplet form (Oliver et al., '54, 2 papers). Supportive histochemical evidence has been supplied by Lee ('54) and biochemical evidence by Straus ('54) and by Kretchmer et al. ( '54, 2 papers).
