## Abstract Spontaneous polarization of Triglycine Selenate and Triglycine Fluoberyllate was investigated with crystals produced under various growing conditions. Spontaneous polarization of TGSe crystals grown at the Curie temperature is of the greatest value. The higher the supersaturation of the
