Pursuit/evasion problems featuring two pursuers and one evader are examined in the context of simple vehicle models. A type of coalition tactic which exploits the difference between open-loop and closed-loop conjugatepoints is introduced and illustrated. The approach would permit identification of some two-on-one team tactics opportunities from families of one-on-one differential game solutions.
