Recently, Owa, Saigo, and Srivastava introduced and studied a certain generalized fractional integral operator J ␣ , ␤ , involving the Gaussian hypergeometric 0, z function. The object of this paper is to investigate various properties and relation-␣, ␤ , Ž . ships involving J , the Carlson᎐Shaffer operator L L a, c , and the Ruscheweyh 0, z derivative D . A number of interesting subclasses of analytic and univalent functions are also considered in our investigation.
