The effect of solvent viscosity (q8) and temperature (2') on the shape of the concentration dependence of the principal and total recoils in creeprecovery viscoelastometry experiments has been studied for T4 DNA solutions. The range of DNA concentration ( c ) was 2 -40 pg/ml; glycerol, 70-80% v/v, s

β¦ Synopsis
Laser spectra of Eosin Y are studied in various solvents and for various viscosities by using glycerol-water mixtures for various concentrations. The laser performance data are presented to find the optimum parameters for high-output laser intensities. Laser output intensities when compared with standard Rh6G solution in ethylene glycol show that the output intensities in various solvents studied are comparable to that of Rh6G.
