## Abstract **Summary:** An amphiphilic, hyperbranched polymer suitable for use in controlled drug delivery is reported. This polymer was obtained by modification of the hyperbranched aliphatic polyester Boltornβ’ H20 (H20) with succinic anhydride and then glycidyl methacrylate, and formed nanoparti
