✦ Synopsis
The solubility of fluorotrichloromethane (CFCI3), trichloromethane (CHCI3), tetrachloromethane (CCI4) and trichloroethylene (C2HCI 3) in liquid nitrogen at 77.4 K has been investigated. A combination of filtration and gas chromatography methods was used. The experimental results were compared with the solubility of halogenhydrocarbons previously investigated.
