In-Q.essinp composition pmduced broad and asymmetric F,, mode with an appearaoce of low trequency tail. The new broad peak observed at higher frequency side d the Fa mode d t e d with the oxygen vacancy in the lattice. The hpedawe spectra of the solid sdutiom showed definitely ionic amduction, and C Q . , N ~, , . ~~-S solid solution posseEsed a vatian energy were 2.65 x I U ' s / ~ and 0.82 ev, respective~y.
