The non-additive triple-dipole contributions to the Isttice energy of nitrogen in the Q, B and -y phases have been c&zu-Wed, using Stogryn's espression for the triple-dipole energy of non-spherical molecules. Near IO the low-temperature o--y transition and to the low-pressure u-B transition. the triple-dipole energy is a subkurtif frxtion of the total Lattice

enegy, but,hoes not change si@icantly across the transitions. We conclude that these contributions will not signitic~ntly rcffect the poiitions of the phase trmsitions.
