have been commissioned, within 2-3 years the first demonstration plants will come online, and Novozymes expects that within around 3 years it will be ready to deliver its cellulose enzymes. Novozymes is already supplying enzymes to some of these pilot plants and, although the company admits there is still R&D to do, it has no doubts that it will have competitive enzymes in place when the time comes.
