This is the reference section in the Bulletin which is designed to offer a comprehensive selection of appropriate software, equipment and services suppliers for geomorphologists and environmental scientists. S4 is in two parts. First, a list of headings is presented, followed by the names of commercial companies offering products listed under each heading. The headings, and therefore the entries, necessarily reflect the editor's experience but should indicate the future scope of the section (e.g. the Current meter entry). The full name and contact address of each company is given in the second part of this section.
