โฆ Synopsis
Managing a software project is a complex activity which operates on defined objects and which requires precise rules. The paper describes the objects (written requirements, the software life-cycle, the software management plan, the implementation team, the work breakdown structure, the schedule) and the management tools necessary to operate on these objects.
