✦ Synopsis
We have proposed simple effective laser ablation technique of flux separation for laser deposition of HTSC films based on direct erosion plasma flux screening. The application of this technique allows us to synthesize YBa2Cu307_ x thin films with high reproducibility of th~ superconductive parameters: T~=92K, dTc((O.l-O.9)Rn)= =0.25K, Jc(77K)-3*lOb A/cm z. Single-phase Nd I 85Ce0 15CuO4_x films have also been obtained. The films with smooth mirror-like surfaces are more stable in lithography and other technological treatment.
