โœฆ Synopsis

In this paper we present the results of research on the role of slip and force sensors in the control of ,qrasp by means offunctional neuromuscular stimulation (FRS) when applied to @gic subjects. From our study, it emaged that a reliable control strategy can be mqre esficiently based on the slip signal than on the sipal related to the force exerted by the~ng~. A ~oto~pe system ~n~5~~ing both s&p detectors, realized by means, of inductiue ~r~~sduc~s, and force semm has been designed.
