## Background: Because of surface irregularities and continuous movement of the tongue, predictable immobilization of split-thickness skin grafts (stsgs) for tongue defects is difficult to achieve. ## Methods: A novel composite, bilayer foam bolster was used to immobilize a stsg after reconstruct
