Skiing exercises for beginners and intermediate skiers is a great program of skiing exercises to be performed on the slope which have been painstakingly selected and perfectly presented. The exercises are grouped according to the elements of the technique we want to practice (and in many cases improve incorrect habits connected with them), and there is a clearly defined aim of the exercise and the level of difficulty.
