Stable crystalline Lead Selenide nanoparticles (PbSe NPs) were prepared with a cubic (sphalerite) phase in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) matrix. Moreover, XRD was used to characterize the PbSe NPs in PVA. The size were controlled by Pb:Se ions ratio in which the particle size was found to be inversely pro
