Abstract

Six new cembrane diterpenes, lobophytolides Aโ€“F (1โ€“6, resp.), along with six known related cembranoids, 7โ€“12, were isolated from the Hainan soft coral Lobophytum sp. Their structures, including their relative configuration, were elucidated by extensive analyses of the spectroscopic data and by comparison with related known compounds.

## Abstract Four new cembranolide diterpenes, sarcophytonolides Aโ€“D (**1**โ€“**4**), were isolated from a Hainan soft coral __Sarcophyton__ sp. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with related model compounds.
