✦ Synopsis

A fast sinterlng procedure at 850-885°C in alr and quenching to room and LN 2 temperatures have been applied-for to prepare bulk samples of (Btl_xPbx)2Sr2Ca2Cu3010+ q with relatively high vol~ fraction of the 2223-phase and zero-resistance polnt up to 107-109 K. The "weak links" prod em and the low critlcal current density Jc (below 20-30 A.cm -2 at 90 K) are discussed.
