## Abstract ## Background Eosinophilic angiocentric fibrosis (EAF) is a rare fibroinflammatory lesion of the sinonasal tract that occurs mainly in young to middle‐aged female patients. Only two previous cases affecting male patients have been reported, and its etiopathogenesis remains unknown. The
