✦ Synopsis
Photoluminescence experiments were performed on quantum Hall systems of diluted magnetic semiconductors, CdMnTe=CdMgTe QW, at high magnetic ÿelds up to 25 T. Luminescence spectra were polarized owing to the giant Zeeman splitting based on the s(p) -d exchange interaction and oscillatory behavior was observed at integer ÿlling factors. In the sample with the higher Mn concentration, a discontinuity of the luminescence peak was found at = 1. In the sample with the lower Mn concentration, on the other hand, an additional weak luminescence peak at = 1 appeared instead of the discontinuity in the main luminescence peak.
