Here we present the data of study of carbon nanotubes at ultra low (less than 0.1 ฮผg/ml) concentration in aqueous surfactant suspension by four photon coherent Raman spectroscopy technique. The spectra have been recorded separately in the two spectral ranges from 100 to 250 cm^-1^ (3 โ 7.5 THz) and
