Abstract

The change of sign of the low‐field hopping magnetoresistance at low temperatures is shown to be compatible with a previously reported theory of the hopping conduction in magnetic fields. When limiting to the low‐temperature single‐phonon contribution the longitudinal and transversal magnetoresistances are found to be the same in accordance with the experiment.
