✦ Synopsis

At 23, Cole Grayson has it all. He's a successful pop star living in Los Angeles; he married his beautiful girlfriend, Joy, two years ago; and he's expecting his first child in April.

He's also miserable.

Cole has never recovered from the disappearance and presumed death of his best friend and lover, Jake Walker, at seventeen. The only reason Cole is even in L.A. is to live the dream Jake didn't live long enough to experience. Cole never really wanted the life of fame for himself -- or, at least, not without Jake by his side.

Then Cole meets a bouncer in a seedy bar-and-brothel combo who looks a lot like Jake, and his life begins to take a turn for the better.
