TOC was decomposed and dissolved oxygen removed by using the same vessel of UV reactor with increase in impurities. The advantage of the process is the very compact size of the equipment so that it can be used very close to where it is needed.

## Abstract BACKGROUND: Electrochemical oxidation has been applied successfully in industrial waste‐water treatment. The simultaneous removal of COD~Cr~ and NH~3~‐N, as well as the corresponding mechanisms and reaction zone, were examined in this study. The reaction kinetics and the significant fac
