✦ Synopsis
In the course of the investigations on the synthesis of nucleoside anl;ibiotics, we have closely examined the reaction products of bromomercuri derivative of hyporanthine with acetobromoglucose, and found that two isomeric diglucosylhypoxanthines are produced simultaneously in considerable yields besides the expected monoglucosides.
