โœฆ Synopsis

A procedure is described for simultaneousanalysis of multiple fluorescence decay curves. The advantage of this approach is that it exploits relationships between individual decays. Analysis of simulated and rwl fluorescence lifetime data indicate that this procedure results in increased model testing sensitivity and more accurate parameter recovery.

The performance of quantitative analysis of \(1 \mathrm{D}\) NMR spectra depends greatly on the choice of the NMR signal model. Complex least-squares analysis is well suited for optimizing the quantitative determination of spectra containing a limited number of signals \((<30)\) obtained under satis
