โฆ Synopsis
SlL?nWTy
DWTJWA and UPTON (1988) propose edge corrections for the mean and variance of the average distance x, between a sampling point and the nearest object in a spatial point pattern for the case of a regular grid of sampling points. However, their edge corrections are not applimble to circular aompling windows. This paper extends the range of application of x, by providing its revised mean and variance for use with circular regions.
