Experimental data for gas holdup in liquid slogs are reported for two different pipe sizes (2.58 cm and 5.12 cm I.D.). A simple empirical correlation is developed and is shown to be a significant improvement over the only other published correlation proposed by Hubbard (1965). The results of this in
