We report some recent improvements on the rotation-frame cylindrical-coordinate finite-difference scheme for solving quantum evolution equations in atomic collisions. A Hermitian discretization of the Coriolis term in the rotating Hamiltonian is discussed. Illustrative results from calculations of m
