Figure 4 shows the evolution trend of the laser-induced temperature. From the figure, we can see that the plasma temperature is more than 3000 K when the plasma is ignited, and rises rapidly to about 17,000 K with a laser of less than 15 ns due to its strong absorption of the laser energy. After the laser pulse, there is no laser energy that can be absorbed, and the plasma temperature decreases to about 6000

## Abstract A highly miniaturized microstrip diplexer composed of pseudointerdigital quasi‐elliptical bandpass filters is proposed. Compactness of diplexer is achieved through the combination of the bandpass filters, which does not require matching network. The proposed microstrip diplexer, having
