✦ Synopsis

The preparation and use of prepunched and preprinted sheets of filter paper disks for radioassay of protein synthesis and other reactions is described. While similar results are obtained using precut paper circles, the use of a sheet of disks greatly expedites the process and simplifies the handling of numerous samples.
