Abstract
Interesterification reactions between two fatty acid methyl esters and trilaurin are investigated. The reaction products are analyzed by HPLC and GC. Great correspondence is found between the calculated and experimental compositions. One of the components is collected from a semi‐preparative HPLC‐column. It shows a very high purity and can be used as a reference substance.
