✦ Synopsis
lites is important. In order to avoid the application of a variety of time consuming gas chromatography procedures, the use of a chirally coated glass capillary column is proposed. Its high separation efficiency was demonstrated not only for chiral metabolites, but also for underivatized phenols and other polar compounds. In addition, further investigations in more detail will be necessary to evaluate reliable limit values for complex occupational exposure. They can be supported by economical analytical methods for grouped metabolites such as the methods given above.
