This book describes in the simplest possible terms, the signal integrity problems and the fundamental principles needed to understand how the physical design influences signal integrity. Most easily defined, signal integrity is all about how the physical design of the interconnects -- printed circui

โฆ Synopsis
Other books may be deeper, but regarding signal integrity, Eric's book is the most educational that I have. Eric Bogatin has the extraordinary ability to explain complex things in a totally easy and understandable, even if mathematical knowledge are not our strength.
This book covers the four pillars of signal integrity: distortions in the net, the crosstalk, the rail collapse and electromagnetic interference.
The book is full of good advice for creating PCBs in which signals are transmitted from one place to another without suffering distortion.
