## Abstract Dementia is a frequent nonβmotor feature of Parkinson's disease (PD). Elevated plasma homocysteine (Hcy) levels have been associated with both cognitive impairment and dementia. Increased Hcy levels have been observed in levodopaβtreated patients with PD. The objective of our study was
