Abstract
The determination of Warren's short range order parameters (pair correlations) for substitutional A~1‐x~B~x~C‐type solid solutions by means of diffuse X‐ray scattering is described. The relations obtained are applied to the diffuse X‐ray scattering of Ga~0.16~Al~0.84~As solid solutions being under different thermal treatment.
