Bekki has returned from her honeymoon and is settling into life with her new husband, Detective Nick Malonie. She had a fantastic honeymoon and despite the obvious hiccups of living with someone for the first time, she is enjoying married life and is excited to be returning to work.

But then on her first day back a dead body is found among the hair products in the back of the delivery truck. The prime suspect is the driver of the truck, Tom, who is an old friend of Bekkis. Bekki believes that he is innocent and goes searching for the real murderer.
