Leona DeRosa Bodie is the author of a suspense novel and several illustrated children's books. Her career took her from high school English teacher to corporate executive and president of the Greater Miami Society of Human Resource Management before she shifted to writing books. She is currently a freelance writer/editor, VP of the Treasure Coast Writers Guild, and lives with her husband Walt in Florida.
